Natural, environmentally friendly and strictly controlled cultivation methods ensure that you enjoy crispy, juicy and uniquely fresh South Tyrolean Apples.

When you buy your apples, look for the European seal of quality denoting protected geographical indication (PGI). A total of 13 South Tyrolean Apple varieties are protected throughout Europe as a regional speciality. Thanks to this seal of quality, you’ll be secure in the knowledge that the apples have been harvested by one of over 7,000 South Tyrolean apple farmers, all of whom work in accordance with the basic principles of integrated or organic cultivation.

The seal also means that all farmers are monitored by an independent inspection authority to guarantee the origin and high quality of the products.
