Kanzi®

Kanzi® has a very firm, crunchy pulp and is extremely juicy and aromatic. Compared to most other apples, Kanzi® has an exceptionally high acid content and relatively low sweetness.

The club apple Kanzi® prefers hilly landscapes and therefore thrives quite well here in South Tyrol. Its beautiful red and yellow colour is reminiscent of the classic ‘Snow White’ apple. Moreover, the fine sweet-sour taste appeals to almost everyone.
