Ambrosia™
The Ambrosia™ boasts a glossy skin, with a bright red over its yellow base colour. It is very sweet and juicy, with a low acidity. Its fragrance is reminiscent of honey and nectar. This variety is harvested in South Tyrol between the end of September and the beginning of October. The Ambrosia™ is also an ideal apple for processing.
