Apple pie smoothie

Drink with South Tyrolean Granny Smith apples

Ingredients
2 apples Südtiroler Apfel PGI (Granny Smith or similar)
250 ml almond milk
125 g yoghurt
1/4 tsp vanilla pulp
1/2 tsp honey
4 tbsp oat flakes
1 tbsp linseed
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch grated nutmeg
1 pinch of ground cloves
1 pinch of ground ginger
Garnish: fresh apples, walnuts, linseed

Smoothie “Apple Pie”
Preparation
Wash the apples and cut them into coarse pieces. Pour the almond milk, yoghurt, vanilla pulp and honey into a blender and purée until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, mix again briefly and pour into glasses. Garnish with apple slices and sprinkle with linseed and chopped walnuts. Tastes best slightly chilled!
