Cosmic Crisp®
The Cosmic Crisp® offers a balanced ratio of sweet and sour, with solid flesh and a crisp texture. This variety is harvested in South Tyrol at the beginning of October. It has aromas of orange peel, pineapple, gooseberry, kiwi fruit and green grass, and has a particularly long-shelf life.
