Konrad Delazer, apple farmer from Raas/Rasa, about the Jonagold
The Jonagold variety inherited its high productivity from its parent variety Golden Delicious. It grows mainly at high altitudes and naturally forms very large fruit calibres. Due to its extreme juiciness, it’s particularly popular for the production of apple juice.
