Beet slaw on apple slices recipe
Preparation
Wash the beet and apples well, peel and grate them and mix with the remaining ingredients except for the apples. Slice the remaining apples in slices and arrange on plates, Top the slices with the beet mixture and serve. Good and refreshing.
