Fuji

The Fuji is recognizable by its crisp peel and very juicy pulp. Its discreet aroma is a bit spicy with a light green finish.

Peter Thuile abaout the Fuji

Originally, the Fuji variety comes from Japan and is the number one in worldwide cultivation. It grows particularly well in warm, low-lying areas and is harvested fairly late. The pulp is of a very tender and filigree texture. The successful cultivation is in fact quite challenging and a certain amount of expertise is absolutely necessary.
