Variant 1: Apple-beetroot-orange smoothie
First wash the ingredients for the smoothie. Then put the peeled red beetroot and cored apples, peeled oranges, the mint and a lime through the juicer. Then add the natural yoghurt to the mixture.
To serve, pour the mixture into a glass, grate the peel from the other lime with a lemon grater, sprinkle over the mixture and finally garnish with sunflower seeds.
Variant 2: Apple-spinach-orange smoothie
First wash the ingredients for the smoothie. The spinach and the cored apples can then be put through the juicer along with the peeled oranges, mint and a lime. Then add the natural yoghurt to the mixture.
