4 beetroots with South Tyrolean seal of quality
2 South Tyrolean Apples PGI (Granny Smith PGI are best)
3 oranges
100 ml natural yoghurt with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
some mint
2 limes
sunflower seeds

Preparation
Variant 1: Apple-beetroot-orange smoothie
First wash the ingredients for the smoothie. Then put the peeled red beetroot and cored apples, peeled oranges, the mint and a lime through the juicer. Then add the natural yoghurt to the mixture.
To serve, pour the mixture into a glass, grate the peel from the other lime with a lemon grater, sprinkle over the mixture and finally garnish with sunflower seeds.

Variant 2: Apple-spinach-orange smoothie
First wash the ingredients for the smoothie. The spinach and the cored apples can then be put through the juicer along with the peeled oranges, mint and a lime. Then add the natural yoghurt to the mixture.
To serve, pour the mixture into a glass, grate the peel from the other lime with a lemon grater, sprinkle over the mixture and finally garnish with sunflower seeds.

Variant 3: Apple-carrot-lime smoothie
First wash the ingredients for the smoothie. Put the peeled carrots and cored apples through the juicer along with the mint and a lime. Then add the natural yoghurt to the mixture.
To serve, pour the mixture into a glass, grate the peel from the other lime with a lemon grater, sprinkle over the mixture and finally garnish with sunflower seeds.

First wash the ingredients for the smoothie. Put the cucumbers, tomatoes and cored apples through the juicer with the mint and a lime. Then add the natural yoghurt to the mixture.
To serve, pour the mixture into a glass, grate the peel from the other lime with a lemon grater, sprinkle over the mixture and finally garnish with sunflower seeds.
